I did not pass level 2 because I rage too much but your game is very cool ! 
great game, very challenging, but i think you should change the grey tiles into browner rocky looking thing, to make it look like your inside a volcano!

how many levels does it have?
I have a bug where the lava appears on the right side of the screen only in one strip. However; if I fall below the strip's top, I die. This game does have potential.
Our first game is finally realesed on a playable version. The game is simple get to the end as fast as you can, but don't let the lava(cheese) catch up to you. The game is still early in alpha only currently having 5 levels but we are sure it will keep you playing for awhile. Please leave comments and give us your feedbacks.

MAC USERS READ HERE: TFIL mac release is in early Alpha and is still quite unstable. When first time opening double click it and wait, it may take up to 1-5 minutes. If you get the following message "The Floor Is Lava cant be opened because its from an unidentified developer. your security pref. only allow installation of ONLY apps from the mac app store" follow these steps:
Open 'System Preferences
Go into 'Security'
Click on "General' tab
Unlock the lock if it isn't unlocked already.
And check 'Anywhere' from 'Allow application downloaded from'
and identified developers."
